Terms and Conditions of the Scuola Sci Prealpi Venete

Welcome to the Scuola Sci Prealpi Venete. Before booking your ski lessons, we invite you to carefully read the following terms and conditions that regulate the offer and use of our services.

1. Rates and Changes

The rates of ski lessons are subject to change during the season, without prejudice to commitments already made. The School reserves the right to update prices without notice.

2. Reservations and Payments

Reservations made by telephone are considered binding and must be paid by bank transfer before the lesson. In the event of non-payment, the secretariat reserves the right to change the date and time of the reservations for logistical reasons.

Payment must be completed before the lesson can take place. The instructor is required not to conduct lessons in the absence of such payment.

3. Duration of Lessons

Lessons have a standard duration of 55 minutes each.

4. Cancellations and Postponements

Individual Lessons: can be cancelled or postponed up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.

Group Lessons: cannot be cancelled or postponed by the student. There is no refund for group lessons cancelled or missed by the student.

5. Weather Conditions and Course of Lessons

Lessons will take place in any weather conditions and may also be held in nearby ski resorts, if the snow conditions do not allow the opening of our Ski Area. In the event that the facilities cannot be opened due to adverse weather conditions, the lessons will be made up on agreed dates.

6. Refund Policy for Paid Lessons

Paid lessons can only be refunded in the presence of a medical certificate attesting the impossibility of attending the lesson for health reasons. The certificate must be presented within 2 [two] days of the scheduled date of the lesson.

In the event of bad weather or closure of facilities that make it impossible to carry out lessons, no refund will be made. However, a voucher for the amount paid will be recognized, valid for lessons during the following season and the following one. This voucher will allow you to reschedule missed lessons at no additional cost, ensuring flexibility and continuity in learning.

7. Use of Images for Promotional Purposes

Scuola Sci Prealpi Venete reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during lessons, which include instructors and students, for promotional purposes.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to the use of your images as specified.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions:

Scuola Sci Prealpi Venete reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective as soon as they are published on our website or communicated to users.
